Jeep Cherokee

The Jeep Grand Cherokee was considered the one of the pioneers that started the midsize SUV craze in the early 90s. The Grand Cherokee is essentially a bigger and more capable version of Jeep's smaller Cherokee. Jeep's intention was to develop a vehicle that would comfortable enough for regular road use, roomy for the average family, capable for serious off road use, and yet packaged in a stylish design and chassis.

The 2007 Grand Cherokee distils the rugged spirit of a midsize Jeep SUV, but paired up with Daimler-Benz's tradition of first class engineering and quality control. The Grand Cherokee is available in several configurations. The 5.7-liter Hemi V8 is built for heavy load towing and high elevation driving. The SRT8 has a 420-hp 6.1-liter Hemi and can reach 60 mph from standstill in 5 seconds. Imagine that from Jeep!
